- Learn a new, healthy, recipe that doesn't make eating healthy feel depressing.
- Watch more Portlandia.
- Start a Snow Support Group for real. Well, for real-ish.
- Finish the book I'm reading, Dewey. I'm nervous because I heard it gets sad later... Dang cats.
- Find a new celebrity crush. I'm getting tired of James Franco.
- Watch James Franco on the Oscars Sunday night and drool over him. A lot.
- Tell the snow how I really feel about it, then kick it. Hard.
- Get rid of my winter personality (grouchy) and replace it with my summer personality (elated).
- Watch Legally Blonde for something like the fourth time this winter. Love it just as much every time. If not more.
If you guys want to help me with any of these goals, that would be awesome.

Do something fun this afternoon (really not sure what, yet, but something...).
Start using my membership at the Y.
Steal your goal about kicking the snow, and repeat daily until it's gone.
Make fun of you (just a little bit) for Tweeting.
Be more patient (also a long-term goal).
Get my hair cut.
Eat more bananas.

What's your definition of healthy eating? Why is it making you depressed? I can help, but I have to understand the symptoms!
Mediterranean cous cous with grilled chicken and mango salsa.
Cous cous:
Saute some red onions, green peppers, garlick and extra vigin olive oil (evoo rachel style) only 1 teaspoon. Add some greek olives and pimento peppers, lemos jouce (less than a 1/4 of teaspoon). Add 1 cup of water or chicken broth (fat free low sodium, taste the same). Bring it to boil and then add 3/4 cups of cous cous. Sit out of fire for 5 min.
Grilled chicken:
Chicken breast and add some lemon juice and evoo. Season it with house seasoning (oh yeahh paula deen style, is only 1 cup of salt, 1/4 cup garlic powder and 1/4 cup of pepper).Use only a bit for the chicken breast and cook it in a goerge forman grill.
Mango salsa:
Diced mangoes (1 or 2), red onions, cilantro and salt and pepper. Use honey to taste.

Brady and Heather: I'm thinking a summer party would be a good idea for the first meeting. Summer foods like hotdogs, potato chips, three bean salad, and lemonade! And maybe a summer movie. Heather, I'll let you know if we need emergency supplies from Texas! haha! Thanks for the offer!

Don't make the brownies I just made.....They are reduced fat and made from whole wheat and flax, from Hodgson Mills. TOTALLY depressing, not filling, but it is all I can do to NOT eat the whole pan b/c I am that hungry. I have Ghiradelli ones in the oven right now b/c it would be mean to subject Ryan to these. Ryan's mom should be bringing us back a better whole wheat brownie mix from Utah on Monday. I'll let you know how that one goes.
