Wednesday Thoughts

You know it's "that kind of day" when you check the clock four times in the first hour of work.

You know what, you guys? I will never understand men. Games, games games... They are mysteries to me. I'll leave it at that.

I feel embarrassed whenever I hear that Party in the USA song by Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana. Is anyone with me on this?

Is blogging vanity? I've been wondering this lately. Why should I assume that any of you care what I have to say? Do any of you struggle with this in your blogging?

I hope you're not too mad at me for blogging about vampires yesterday. I've almost forgiven myself.

Three more days till Halloweekend and I can't wait. I think a haunted hayride might be in order.

Happy Wednesday.

I'm embarrassed for you that you feel embarrassed about Party in the USA.

I just looked up a list of JayZ songs. I hope Billy Ray knows what kind of music she's listening to.

I think I saw Justin "throwing his hands up in the air" when he drove by yesterday. Maybe you two should trade slap bracelets?

I'm embarassed that I kind of liked the song until I realized who sang it. Now it's strictly off limits!

Party in the USA is one of the worst songs ever made. The lyrics are about as ridiculous as Hannah Montana in the back of that truck trying to dance all sexy. It's an outrage.

I've wondered the same thing about blogging. Except in my case at least I have the kids as an excuse to ramble on about myself, er, them. In your case, I don't know. But I'm really glad you do it, so don't think about it too much. Or just think of it as a charitable act you do for me personally.

I'm embarressed for 2 reasons.
1. I don't know if I spelled embarresses correctly
2. I've never heard the Party in the USA song.

I have loved that "Party In The USA" song since the first time I heard it...and then, I realized who sang it. And I just chose to ignore that piece of information to continue nodding my head like yeah, moving my hips like yeah. :)

I feel like Halloween is happening too fast...I haven't carved a pumpkin, decided on a costume, eaten enough cider and donuts...I need to get on it!

If all authors/poets stopped writing because they were worried about people thinking them vain for expressing themselves, we might not have Two Gentlemen of Verona or Stopping By the Woods on a Snowy Evening. Keep on writing and enriching our lives.

I love reading my friends' blogs. I wish more people would do it.

I think you should keep rocking to Miley/Hannah, let pride be darned! ;)

And I love your blog, so keep being vain, if that's what you're doing!
