I think we can all agree that the take-away from the State of the Union address last night was that this guy exists:
I watched part of the SOTU with my mom, and when this guy came on the screen, I said to her, "Is that guy in the whig party?" Which got a surprisingly big laugh from her, considering it wasn't my best work. Twitter came up with some much better stuff:
I wonder if today is weird for him. I wonder if people are telling him that he became a Twitter meme. What must that conversation sound like?
Ernest: "I'm a 'meme' on Twitter? Why?"
Friend: "Because of your hair and eyebrows."
Ernest: "What's a meme.... and what's Twitter?"

In other thoughts, I am getting a bad case of cabin fever because of winter. I'm not going to get into it because it's just the same tedious complaining year after year but here's what's getting me through the day:

Ha! The Twitter remarks were pretty funny. Especially the one that said that he had to come all the way from 1776 to see that there really is a black president. They were all funny.
Hate to say it, but this post WAS the best thing to come out of the SOTU address ;) I'm willing to suffer through something that ridiculous in order to be able to read something this glorious.
I can't stop looking at the bopping up and down pic. But after a while-- when are the sharks going to come get me?
